Ashwood Construction is a Kaipara-based building company led by experienced builder Lee Branford, proudly serving Mangawhai, Kaiwaka, Waipu and surrounding areas. With more than 20 years in the trade, including ten spent honing his craft in the UK and another decade building across New Zealand, Lee brings a wealth of knowledge, design flair and old-school workmanship to every project.
Established in 2017, Ashwood Construction has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across Northland. From full architectural new builds and major renovations to outdoor living spaces, decks, fencing and landscaping, every job is completed with precision, care and a commitment to excellence.
Recent projects include a striking underground “bunker bar” at Te Arai Links Golf Course, heritage restoration work on the Waipu Bank building, and a range of bespoke homes throughout the region.
